Return & Refund Policy

Digital Products

Due to the digital nature of our e-invitation templates, all sales are considered final once the template has been published or downloaded.

Exceptions

We will issue a full refund within 14 days of purchase in the following circumstances:

• The service experiences significant downtime that prevents you from sending your invitation on your scheduled date.
• There is a critical technical failure in the template that we are unable to resolve within 48 hours.
• Duplicate charges due to payment gateway errors.
